Joe:
We wanted you to know what a total
pleasure it has been working with you. We were excited
about the new pool, but based on our past experiences
with construction projects, not looking forward to the
actual construction.
It was obvious from our first meeting
that communication was of utmost importance to you. You
told us what we could expect and were true to your word.
Some nights we'd think of something we wanted to ask and
it was great knowing we could ask you tomorrow because
you were here and talked with us each and every day.
On March 7, construction began.
On March 29, the job was complete. During those two weeks
we watched as the hole was dug for the pool, the crane
lowered the pool into the ground, the pool was leveled,
concrete was poured and the job finished. Not to mention
three days of rain right after the pool was in the ground.
We were thoroughly impressed from
beginning to end. Your crew was on the job every morning
first thing and did not leave until the end of the day.
In addition, they were here everyday until the job was
done, including Sunday. They are professional, extremely
courteous and knowledgeable. They were very approachable
and were glad to answer any questions we had. The best
compliment I can give them is that they do the job right.
They take pride in their work. It was obvious as I watched
the entire construction process, that they take no shortcuts.
They also don't take to many breaks, it made me tired
just watching.
We love the pool and as soon as
we have it landscaped, you will have to come and see it.
You made putting in the pool a lot of fun, which is the
way it should be, but often isn't. If any future customer
wants references on your company, please don't hesitate
to give them our name and number.
It has certainly been a pleasure.
