 Dear
Joe,
First, I want to thank you for starting
and completing our pool and spa on time and on-schedule
and in accordance with our agreement. I can't tell you
how many pool horror stories that I heard which made me
concerned about contracting for a pool. Your constant
communication with me and follow-up each day during the
job put an end to all of that worry.
Second, the quality of your crew
and their work ethic to get the job odne was superb. Despite
rain, mud, and rock they kept the project moving throughout
the entire 12 day process. My neighbors marveled at how
quickly the job was completed since several other pool
companies in the neighborhood have been taking months
to complete their jobs.
Third, I appreciate your helping
us select accessories and a deck design that compliment
the pool's design and natural curves. Everyone has admired
the pool and its deck design making comments like "this
looks like a resort's pool" or this is the "best home
pool I have ever seen."
And lastly, the other night when
I came home from the office and jumped in the pool I said
to myself--this was a great investment--it was all worth
it.
